What it is for
The number is the bore in 1/16 in: no. 12 means 12/16 in, the manufacturer gives 19 mm. A wide nozzle shields a larger area but needs a higher gas flow. Replace the nozzle when it is cracked, chipped or covered in spatter.

No, that body takes gas lens nozzles, in this size no. 12 (82.10.362).
Does it fit the ST 2500 torch?
No. The ST 2500 uses 9/20 consumables; standard nozzles there come in sizes 4 to 8 and 10.
