The ST 3000 DigiTig is a liquid-cooled TIG torch, 4 m long, in the DigiTig version. At 100% duty cycle it carries 280 A DC and 220 A AC and takes electrodes from 0.5 to 4.0 mm. The Böhler Welding price list assigns it to URANOS NX machines only.
What it is for
For long TIG welds on the URANOS NX 2200 (AC/DC, MTE, TLH), URANOS NX 2700 MTE, URANOS NX 2700/3200 AC/DC and URANOS NX 3200 GSM. The rating is the same as the ST 3000 U/D. For TERRA NX TLH machines the price list specifies the ST 3000 U/D, not the DigiTig version. The torch works with a cooling unit and CL10 coolant.

Is the ST 3000 DigiTig available in 8 m?
The Böhler 2026/27 price list lists it in the 4 m length only. If you need 8 m, choose the ST 3000 U/D 8 m or, on a URANOS NX 2700/3200 AC/DC, the ST 4000 DigiTig 8 m.
Does it fit the TERRA NX 320 TLH?
It is not among the TERRA NX TLH accessories in the price list. For those machines choose the ST 3000 U/D 4 m, which Böhler supplies in the liquid-cooled TERRA NX 270 TLH and TERRA NX 320 TLH packages.
Which consumables fit the ST 3000 DigiTig?
Standard 17/18/26 series parts: collets 1.0 to 4.0 mm, collet bodies in the same sizes, ceramic nozzles from No. 4 (6.4 mm) to No. 12 (19 mm) and a long or short back cap. Match the collet and collet body to the electrode diameter.
