What it is for
4 m is the length the manufacturer uses in its set configurations, although with the 70 mm² bundle (71.06.327). The 95 mm² version of the same length has a heavier current conductor.

No. The manufacturer states that the ready Kit-Set packages of TERRA NX 400 PME and 500 PME do not include a liquid-cooled cable bundle; it has to be ordered separately. This 4 m bundle is on the list of bundles for these packages.
