Böhler Welding carbon-PTFE liner for 0.8 mm aluminium wire with a brass spiral end, 3.5 m long. According to the Böhler 2026/27 price list it fits the MT 150 G, MT 350 G, MT 440 W and MT 540 W MIG/MAG torches (including U/D versions).
What it is for
The liner guides the wire from the feeder to the contact tip. Replace it when the wire jams or feeds unevenly and blowing it out does not help. The carbon-PTFE core has less friction than a steel spiral, which reduces feeding problems with soft aluminium wire. The brass spiral at the end of the liner improves current contact with the wire.

Which wire is this liner for?
For 0.8 mm wire. The same version (3.5 m) in other sizes: 1.0 to 1.2 mm and 1.6 mm.
3.5 m or 4.5 m?
Choose the length to suit your torch cable; if you are not sure, send us the torch model and length. 4.5 m version: 82.16.70152.
What is the brass spiral for?
The brass section at the end of the liner improves current contact with the wire. Without the spiral there is a 3 m or 4 m carbon-PTFE liner: 82.16.62205.
