Böhler Welding carbon-PTFE liner for 1.6 mm aluminium wire, 4 m long. It fits the MT 150 G, MT 350 G, MT 440 W and MT 540 W MIG/MAG torches (including U/D versions).
What it is for
The liner guides the wire from the feeder to the contact tip. Replace it when the wire jams or feeds unevenly and blowing it out does not help. The carbon-PTFE core has less friction than a steel spiral, which reduces feeding problems with soft aluminium wire.

FAQ
Which wire is this liner for?
For 1.6 mm wire. The same version (4 m) in other sizes: 0.8 mm and 1.0 to 1.2 mm.
3 m or 4 m?
Choose the liner length to match the torch length (our MT torches come in 3 m and 4 m). 3 m version: 82.16.62209.
Can I use it for stainless steel wire?
The manufacturer marks it ALU WIRE, meaning for aluminium. Carbon-PTFE liners are also used for stainless steel wire. For ordinary steel wire, choose a steel liner: 82.16.56877.
