The PAPR hip belt is a padded belt on which you wear the Böhler Welding Evolution Air or Guardian Air blower unit. It fits waists up to 1300 mm, and the 64255 extension adds 265 mm. It comes with the Evolution Air and Guardian Air kits.

Fitting and adjusting the PAPR hip belt
To fit the unit on the belt, pass the inner strap through the rear loops of the unit, then through the belt loops and the buckle. Fasten the belt around your waist with the unit at the back. If it is too loose, slide the male adjuster along the belt towards the female half; if too tight, the other way. Tuck excess belt into the loops.
