The Evolution Air motor unit is the blower with control panel for the Evolution Air PAPR system, sold without filters. You order it as a spare part when the rest of the system is in working order. Assembled with P R SL filters it delivers 180-240 l/min in 6 levels and class TH3 to EN 12941.

- Air flow of 180-240 l/min with P R SL filters and 180-200 l/min with A1B1E1 P R SL filters, 6 levels, +/- buttons held for 2 s.
- Microprocessor-controlled electronics keep the air flow steady as the filters clog and the battery voltage falls.
- Three signals below 170 l/min (light, sound, vibration) and a visual alarm for a low battery.
- Works with the 7800 mAh heavy-duty battery (up to 14 h at the lowest level, 11 h at the highest) and with the 5200 mAh standard battery.
- You screw the filters in by hand without tools, and the disc-shaped pre-filter sits under the filter cover.

The battery, charger, belt and hose come from the kit you already have.
Does it fit the older Böhler Air system?
Yes, the 77011 motor unit replaces the Böhler Air unit 57044. The consumables of both systems have the same part numbers, for example the Böhler Welding pre-filter Evolution Air (20 pcs) pre-filters and the Böhler Welding heavy-duty battery 7800 mAh Evolution Air, Guardian Air battery.

The motor unit is enough when the rest of the kit works. The complete Böhler Welding Evolution Air PAPR blower unit, complete kit with filters differs in that, besides the unit with P R SL filters, you get a 7800 mAh battery, charger, hose, belt, harness and airflow tester, everything for the first start-up.
