The Böhler Welding air hose cover up to 180 cm Evolution Air, Guardian Air up to 180 cm fits this hose, matching its fully stretched length. The shorter Böhler Welding air hose cover up to 120 cm Evolution Air, Guardian Air (up to 120 cm) is for the Böhler Welding standard air hose 100 cm Evolution Air, Guardian Air, Supplied Air, which is 100 cm long.
Fitting and inspection of the flexible air hose
Align the pins of the hose bayonet connector with the slots in the air outlet, push it in to the bottom and turn it clockwise until the locating pins clip into place. The hose connects to the helmet the same way. Before every job, check the hose for holes or tears and make sure it connects well to the unit and helmet. With low airflow, the manual says to check the hose for blockage and inspect seals and connectors.
